Happy 2nd Birthday Desire'e!

Last Friday was Desire'e's 2nd birthday. It is amazing how quickly time flies. She has grown quite a lot in this past year. It seams as though in just the past little while words are starting to flow out of her mouth. I do not know if I am just not remembering this happening with Maya, but sometimes Desire'e surprises me with the things she will say. One thing that she says that it is kind of funny is "stop it," most kids will use "no" but she says, "stop it." All though she wears me out some days, she always tends to make us smile with her little monkey acts like climbing on the dresser/ kitchen counter/ bathroom counter/ or anything for that matter. At the playground nothing will stop her from climbing to the top of things. The caterpillar ladders are her favorite. All though she thinks she is a giant she is actually still kind of small for her age. She is hanging in there at the 5% for weight/height. I am pretty sure she has her father's genes for size. We love her more and more as each day goes by and are so grateful she came into our lives 2 years ago on June 12th 2007! Happy Birthday Desire'e!
