Christmas time happenings...

It started out Christmas Eve with a party with some local friends, which turned out great. The kids made gingerbread houses and did a nativity skit which all the kids and a few adults participated in, it was so much fun to put together! Too bad I didn't have enough memory in my camera at that point to get some good pics, I think one of the other mothers that were there may have it posted on their blogs so you can go check either Jessica, Trisha, or Jenna's out to see... they are in "my friends and family" link list to your right. Anyways, then we headed home to open our Christmas PJ's ~ tradition! Then later that night Santa showed up with some pleasent surprises for my girls. They had a blast Christmas morning. It was kind of lonely being by ourselves all day, and missing our families, but it made us appreciate them that much more, we sure do miss them!

Sounds like you made a fun Christmas even so far from family. Good for you. Friends are great! So glad you could enjoy having your family there after Christmas. We miss you guys. I'm so glad to see you are enjoying the things to do in TN.
